I love working with customers to create meaningful, one-of-a-kind mugs! Custom orders are made by request and thoughtfully crafted in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and care in every piece.

To create a custom mug design, there is a minimum order of 4 mugs. This helps cover design setup, testing, and production while keeping the process smooth and sustainable in my studio.

Once you submit the request form, I’ll review the details and follow up with availability, pricing, and timeline. Payment is collected after approval, and production begins once payment is received.

Custom mugs are a great fit for:

-Small businesses and branding projects

-Thoughtful gifts and celebrations

-Team, event, or small wholesale orders

A few things to know before you submit:

-Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee acceptance, but I’ll always respond

-Rush timelines may be available for an additional fee

-Logo or artwork files can be uploaded with your request (PDF or SVG files work best!)

If you’re unsure about glaze colors, shapes, or design details, that’s totally okay! You can note that in the form and we’ll figure it out together. I’m excited to see what you have in mind!

Prices are not definite.  Depending on the intricacy of the design, the price could be more or less than the standard price sheet below

Typical price for a single custom mug is $53

Small bulk order of 4-12 = 15% off (roughly $45/ mug)

Medium bulk order of 13-24 = 18% off (roughly $43/ mug)

Large bulk order of 25-50+ = 25% off (roughly $40/ mug) 

These mugs are designed to function as both drinkware and brand touchpoints. Handmade ceramics offer a tactile, lasting alternative to mass produced promotional items, making them ideal for client gifts, employee appreciation, or retail collaborations.

Each custom mug is made one at a time, by hand, specifically for you. Custom work requires additional design planning, careful placement, testing, and production time to ensure your logo or artwork translates beautifully onto a functional ceramic piece.

Unlike ready to ship items, custom mugs are made to order and involve extra handling, longer production timelines, and a higher level of detail and quality control. This pricing reflects the time, skill, and craftsmanship required to create a piece that’s both functional and thoughtfully made.
