Meet the Artist
Hi, I’m Victoria!! The artist, maker, and hands behind VNA Pottery. 🤍
My love for ceramics began long before VNA Pottery. I earned my BFA in Ceramics from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP), and what started as a passion for creating with clay eventually grew into a small business built around making pieces meant to be used, loved, and lived with.
I believe handmade pottery should feel special without being too precious to use. Every piece that leaves my studio has passed through my hands from beginning to end. Thrown, trimmed, handled, decorated, glazed, and fired with intention. I love embracing the little variations and imperfections that make handmade pottery feel human and ensure no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
My work is often inspired by faith, community, everyday life, and the people and places that mean something to us. Whether I'm creating a Scripture mug, a custom piece for a local business, or simply a really good mug for your morning coffee, my goal is to create pottery that feels personal and becomes part of your everyday routine.
VNA Pottery has grown and changed alongside me over the years, but the heart behind it has stayed the same: creating meaningful, functional pottery by hand and connecting with people through what I make.
Thank you for choosing handmade and for allowing a little piece of my studio to become part of your home.
